โIL PUMOโ is a finely restored two-storey house a few steps from the center of Sannicola, a quiet town near Gallipoli. It can accommodate up to 6 people and enjoys an atmosphere of yesteryear because the renovation has not altered the original construction, leaving intact the vaults and the old fireplace that characterize it.
The house dates back to the end of the 19th century when Sannicola still bore the name of Villa San Nicola, and inside there was a stable for the animals, from which the laundry room was created, where there is a manger. The vault with exposed bricks is visible, one of which has a well-wishing engraving, which recalls early Christian symbols.
In the garden there is a tank for collecting rainwater.
The strong point of this house, in addition to its comfort, is undoubtedly the patio and the choice of simple furnishings that give a rural but at the same time sophisticated look, suitable for those travelers who are looking for simplicity and Salento tradition.
On the ground floor we find the large living room with equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed, the double bedroom and a bathroom with shower; on the first floor, however, an annex with double bed, smart working corner, bathroom with shower and refrigerator. Both floors are air conditioned. The first floor is accessed from the garden.
The apartment is equipped with two TVs, a dishwasher and a convenient laundry area with washing machine and ironing area.

Standard preparation: a double bed will be prepared for every 1/2 guests.
Extra bed for a fee: if a group of two (2) guests wishes to use a second bed (e.g. to sleep separately), it is possible to request it with an additional cost of 25 euros for the entire stay to be paid in cash on site.
