Located in the center of Sannicola, “Casa di Bì” can accommodate, in its elegant and refined spaces, 5 people.

The house consists of a dining room, a double bedroom and a large bedroom with three beds and a smart working corner, both rooms overlook a balcony and are therefore very bright; the bathroom has a comfortable and spacious shower.

From the kitchen, equipped with everything you need, you have access to the terrace equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs, awning and a very comfortable Weber barbecue.

“Casa di Bì” is located on the first floor and for this reason, from the terrace, which faces west, you can enjoy fantastic sunsets.

The decor and the choice of furniture gives the house an atmosphere of yesteryear, not neglecting convenience and comfort.

The location of the apartment is strategic because, while remaining in the center of the town, you can enjoy silence and tranquility; it is 7 km from the sea of Gallipoli and nearby there are several activities, including the closest are a ready kitchen and an oven.

5 minutes from the town square, “Casa di Bì” is the ideal solution for spending a vacation with your family or for a small group of friends.

Pets are not allowed.

Standard preparation: a double bed will be prepared for every 1/2 guests.

Extra bed for a fee: if a group of two (2) guests wishes to use a second bed (e.g. to sleep separately), it is possible to request it with an additional cost of 25 euros for the entire stay to be paid in cash on site.
