This apartment on the ground floor of a historic building in Parabita (LE) tells the most intimate soul of the 70s, between traditional architecture and design vision.

The interiors are a tribute to the 70s. The kitchen is essential, contemporary and modern, without shame in the evocative context. Two bathrooms serve the rooms, while a double bedroom completes the experience with a walk-in closet. The dining room has a comfortable sofa bed. To really complete the house, a large outdoor patio, table and outdoor seating, what you cannot perceive from the inside, will happen outside. Noises, sounds, and smells of a small village in the heart of Salento.

It is not just a housing solution, but an art space with attention to detail, where design meets the architect's vision, the glass of the chandeliers creates shapes on the ancient walls, and the modern one penetrates without mimicry. The concept here is not heard in words, it must be seen, touched, smelled and why not, even evoked.

The apartment is part of the “VOTIVA” project by the architect Giovanni Lamorgese, a reflection on living as an artistic and cultural gesture. On the façade, an intervention by the artist Ektor Garcia transforms the building into a living work, a visible sign of a constant dialogue between art and housing.

The apartment is equipped with the Energy Saver system, a security system based on a flash drive that interrupts the air conditioning when you are not at home.

Standard preparation: a double bed will be prepared for every 1/2 guests.

Extra bed for a fee: if a group of two (2) guests wishes to use a second bed (e.g. to sleep separately), it is possible to request it with an additional cost of 25 euros for the entire stay.
