Star vaults, refined bathrooms, floors in Salento soil. The light enters and refracts on ancient surfaces, reflected by the glass chandeliers that create and unravel.

We are on the first floor of a historic building in Parabita (LE), in a space that is not content with being a home: it is a design gesture, a visual narrative, crossed by the memory of the 70s and by contemporary thought.

Here the kitchen is integrated into the living area, fluid, essential, present. A romantic bathroom with blue-colored shower and sanitary ware, a master double bedroom with walk-in closet: from this room you can access the annex on the terrace, an independent room with a pink bathroom with a bathroom with a double bed, suspended above the house, open to the sky and the sounds of the country.

To complete the house, a large outdoor patio, planted, with table, seats and outdoor shower. A threshold where, everything inside is reflection, once crossed it becomes presence: the noises, the voices, the smells of the land of Salento.

This house is part of the “VOTIVA” project by the architect Giovanni Lamorgese, a reflection on living as an artistic gesture. On the façade, a work by the artist Ektor Garcia transforms the building into a living body, where the line between home and work dissolves.

A home that is not limited to hosting, but that invites you to feel part of a story.

The apartment is equipped with the Energy Saver system, a security system based on a flash drive that interrupts the air conditioning when you are not at home.

Standard preparation: a double bed will be prepared for every 1/2 guests.

Extra bed for a fee: if a group of two (2) guests wishes to use a second bed (e.g. to sleep separately), it is possible to request it with an additional cost of 25 euros for the entire stay.
