Surrounded by greenery, the Villa is located a few steps from the sea and the view from the large terrace embraces the entire Gulf of Gallipoli; it is located on the renowned waterfront that unites the two small and magnificent marina of Santa Maria al Bagno and Santa Caterina, not far from the Porto Selvaggio natural park.
The location of the house allows you to enjoy maximum tranquility, making it an ideal holiday resort for families and couples of friends. The house offers relaxing corners and large spaces for evenings with friends.
It consists of a ground floor, where there are the large and bright living room, the kitchen and a service bathroom, and a lower floor accessed down two flights of stairs, where there are three double bedrooms with two bathrooms (only one with a shower) and a fantastic billiard room, pleasantly cool even on the hottest summer days.
Two terraces, front and back, will give you the opportunity to choose the best place for your relaxation at different times of the day, always surrounded by lush greenery. Finally, the large upper terrace opens up an uninterrupted view of the sea. Air-conditioned environment (there is an air conditioner in the living area and one in the sleeping area) and equipped with a washing machine and free parking on the property.
The house is located on a side road, uphill, of the waterfront.

Standard preparation: a double bed will be prepared for every 1/2 guests.
Extra bed for a fee: if a group of two (2) guests wishes to use a second bed (e.g. to sleep separately), it is possible to request it with an additional cost of 25 euros for the entire stay.
